Accounts Senior

A large regional firm in Truro is looking for an Accounts & Business Advisory professional to work with a diverse client base. This is a role with variety, responsibility, and clear progression. The firm invests in its people and the team culture is collaborative and supportive. Hybrid working with 2–3 days in a modern office environment.

The Role

• Prepare statutory accounts and management information for a varied client portfolio
• Deliver business advisory services and provide strategic support to clients
• Build and manage client relationships, acting as their day-to-day contact
• Identify opportunities to add value and support business growth
• Supervise and develop junior team members
• Work collaboratively with partners and managers across the practice

About You

• ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified (or nearing qualification)
• Solid experience in practice accounts and advisory work
• Technically capable and client-focused
• Ready to take on more responsibility and develop your career
• Able to manage your own workload and support others effectively
