This is a hands-on Senior position at a well-regarded practice with real client contact, proper supervision, and a development structure that takes the step to Manager seriously. The firm has a varied client base and a team culture that means you will be known, supported, and given real responsibility rather than left to process work in the background.
The Role
- Lead audit fieldwork on a range of client assignments, planning and executing engagements to a high standard
- Supervise and support junior members of the team on site and in the office
- Draft financial statements and audit reports for manager and Partner review
- Maintain strong client relationships at finance team level throughout the audit process
- Develop your technical knowledge across a varied client base including owner-managed businesses and corporate groups
About You
- Qualified or close to qualification, with a practice audit background
- Experience of leading or supervising audit assignments, or running key sections of larger engagements
- Organised, thorough, and capable of managing your time across multiple concurrent clients
- A good communicator with both clients and colleagues
