Corporate Tax Director

The Role

• Hold a significant corporate tax portfolio, covering advisory and compliance across corporate groups, owner-managed businesses, and private equity-backed companies
• Lead on complex advisory mandates including transactions, restructuring, and group tax planning
• Develop the corporate tax team, providing technical leadership and supporting career progression
• Play an active role in business development and the growth of the tax practice
• Work with Partners to shape the strategic direction of the corporate tax service line

About You

• Qualified, with a tax-specific qualification. Proven track record in corporate tax at Director or Senior Manager level in practice
• Strong advisory background, with transactional experience a particular advantage
• A senior presence who can lead client relationships with credibility and build a team around them
• Commercially minded and capable of contributing to the growth of the practice
