Corporate Tax Director

The client base demands real advisory capability and they are looking for a Director who can lead on complex work, develop the team below them, and be a genuine presence in the market. The Role

• Lead a portfolio of corporate tax clients, covering complex advisory mandates alongside oversight of compliance
• Advise on group structures, transactions, reorganisations, and M&A tax, working alongside corporate finance and audit teams
• Take technical ownership of complex matters across the portfolio, mentoring managers and seniors
• Contribute to business development, including pitches and the development of existing client relationships
• Work closely with Partners on the direction and growth of the corporate tax service line

About You

• Qualified, with a tax-specific qualification. A strong corporate tax background at Director or Senior Manager level in practice
• Technically excellent across corporate tax advisory, with transactional experience highly valued
• Commercially astute, with the confidence to lead client relationships at a senior level
• A credible senior presence who can develop the team as well as the portfolio
