Corporate Tax Manager

This firm's tax function is growing and the client work is increasingly advisory in nature. They are looking for a Manager who wants to grow with the firm rather than manage a steady-state book of compliance. If you want to be a meaningful part of building something rather than maintaining what already exists, this is a better fit than most.

The Role

• Take ownership of a portfolio of corporate tax clients across owner-managed businesses, corporate groups, and entrepreneurial companies
• Deliver tax compliance and advisory work, with growing emphasis on planning and transactional support
• Work closely with Partners and Senior Managers on more complex advisory assignments
• Build client relationships and contribute to a strong client experience
• Mentor and support junior tax staff

About You

• Qualified, with a tax-specific qualification preferred. Strong corporate tax practice experience is the key requirement
• Comfortable with both compliance and some advisory work in a practice environment
• Organised, good with clients, and capable of managing your own portfolio effectively
• Ambitious about your development and interested in growing your advisory capability over time
